HOSPERSA TO MARCH FOR IMPROVED WORKING CONDITIONS OF DATA CAPTURERS AT NORTH WEST PUBLIC HEALTH

Hospersa in the North West province is requesting members of the media to attend a march to address the poor state of working conditions of data capturers in the North West (NW) Department of Health (DoH).

It has been reported that some data capturers in the NW DoH as well as in other provinces have been upgraded from level four (4) to level five (5) while some of their colleagues have not been upgraded. Tomorrow morning, the Union will be marching to the NW DoH offices to hand over a memorandum of demands for these inconsistencies at the NW DoH to be addressed. Other demands in the memorandum includes the absorbing of temporary contract data capturers to permanent posts as well as improved working facilities.
