Rewarding Compensation: As a Hospersa Recruiter, you’ll receive fees that reward your efforts. These fees are structured to reflect your commitment and results:
- Up to 99 members in a calendar year = R75 per member.
- From 100 members onwards in a calendar year = R100 per member.
Please note that at the beginning of a new calendar year, the count reverts to 0.

Requirements for Becoming a Hospersa Recruiter:
To become a Hospersa Recruiter, there are a few important requirements:
Hospersa Membership: You should already be a Hospersa member, sharing our commitment to positive change in the healthcare and related sectors.
Tax Compliance: Hospersa Recruiters must be registered taxpayers, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Taxation: Be aware that a standard tax rate of 25% applies to your earnings as a Hospersa Recruiter. You will also need to complete a tax return form as part of this process.
Identification: When enrolling a new member, it’s essential to include your name on every membership form. This helps us track your recruitment efforts accurately.
