Membership Cancellation
Membership cancellation is dealt with in terms of Section 13 of the Labour Relations Act. Cancellations are processed in terms of the Labour Relations Act, as amended. Proper procedure must be followed for the termination of membership; a stamped cancellation notice, as received by the employer, must be copied to membership5@hospersa.co.za
