I completely agree with Hospersa’s stance on this matter. It’s essential that we as responsible union members follow the legal and proper procedures when addressing workplace concerns. Engaging in an unlawful stay away can lead to complications and hinder our ability to effectively advocate for our rights and interests. Let’s continue to work together within the boundaries of the law to achieve the changes we seek.
